จัดกองภาษี
มาจดไว้สั้นๆ
วันนี้ ระหว่างนั่งกินข้าวอยุ่ จู่ๆก็สงสัยว่า ทำไมระบบภาษี ถึงไม่สามารถให้ประชาชนอย่างเราๆ ระบุได้ว่าต้องการให้ภาษีส่วนที่ตัวเองจ่าย ให้รัฐเอาไปใช้เรื่องอะไร
อาจจะเป็นลักษณะเหมือน LTF ก็ได้ ที่แบ่งเป็นกองๆ ไป เช่น กองภาษี A จะนำภาษีไปพัฒนาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 25% การศึกษา 25% อะไรแบบนี้
แล้วประชาชน ก็เลือกกองตอนยื่นภาษีปลายปี ว่า เราจะเอาภาษีไปลงกองไหน ตามที่ตัวเองเห็นสำคัญและสนับสนุน
รัฐบาลเอง ก็จะเห็นด้วยว่าประชาชนต้องการให้เอาเงินไปใช้ทำอะไร หน่วยงานต่างๆก็เห็น ก็ต้องเร่งทำผลงาน เพื่อดึงดูดให้ประชาชน เอาภาษีมาลงในกองของตัวเอง
แน่นอน คงเลือกไม่ได้ทั้งหมด อาจจะเลือกได้ แค่ 50% แต่ อีก 50% ต้องเข้ากองรวมตรงกลางตามปกติ และต้องไม่แบ่งกองตามพื้นที่
ตอนยื่นแบบภาษ๊ ก็มีช่องให้กรอกเยอะจะตาย เพิ่มไปอีกซักช่อง ทีช่องบริจาคเงินเข้าพรรคการเมือง ยังทำได้เลย

Poke the box
พึ่งอ่านหนังสือเล่มนี้จบไปอย่างรวดเร็ว หนังสือชื่อว่า Poke the box
เป็นหนังสือทีตลกมาก เพราะเนื้อหาทั้งเล่มสามารถสรุปเหลือได้แค่ว่า ”Be initiative, Start now and Ship it”
แต่คนเขียน เขียนเก่งมาก เพราะอ่านลื่นมาก แป๊ปเดียวหมดไปครึ่งเล่ม และเนื้อหาไม่น่าเบื่อ แม้ทั้งหมดจะพูดถึงอยู่แค่เรื่องเดียวก็ตามคือ Poke the box
อ่านจบปั๊ป เข้า Kindle Store และเผลอซื้อเล่มอื่นไปอีกเล่ม แหะๆ ปุ่ม buy มันกดง่ายเกินไปแล้วววววว
